Riffs potentes, ritmos contundentes y todo ello envuelto en una
sonoridad psicodélica, crean una atmósfera de puro éxtasis.
Estos jóvenes de Quedlinburg, Sachsen-Anhalt y Dland le dan su toque
psicodélico con riffs más firmes que sus pómulos, ritmos más tensos que
sus abdominales marcados por la cerveza y líneas de bajo más profundas
que Nietzsche.

Alemania, embarcan a su público en un viaje espiritual a través de
siglos perdidos, sin caer en el capricho de enfrentarse al espíritu

Vicious Mind es una inmersión en el psicorock moderno. Con sus siete
temas, ofrece un lado más oscuro de la música de la banda en la cara A,
que se disuelve en la cara B, más suave y rockera.
Tras un viaje al extranjero, The Birch se encontraron grabando su
segundo álbum de estudio en Miami Beach, dándoles un nuevo giro a las
impresiones recopiladas en la tierra de la libertad.
The Birch sabe cómo evolucionar. Este álbum no solo marca un nuevo hito
en la discografía de la banda, sino que también es un ejemplo de cómo
darle un toque retro sin serlo. Este álbum encaja con nuestro tiempo, no
es una mirada al pasado.
Las guitarras vibrantes y una sección rítmica directa transportan al
oyente a paisajes sonoros psicodélicos, mientras se mantienen vivos
gracias a un ritmo constante que los acompaña a lo largo de los 30
minutos de Vicious Mind.
La interpretación de Pablo Manresa crea una atmósfera constante de
cálido órgano Hammond o piano ragtime. Lo más significativo es el
arreglo de cuerdas en «Downpour», que crea una nueva faceta del sonido
de la banda.

Una canción para quienes luchan con sus demonios internos y los liberan.
Esta es la versión de la banda del icónico sonido Frumpy.
Aguacero
La melodía para las tormentas matutinas de Miami, o mejor dicho, un tema
más filosófico. Esta canción te transporta a la calma, te teletransporta
a través de los truenos y finalmente te derriba con suavidad. La canción
perfecta para abrir la cara B.
Trinidad
Con un ritmo directo y riffs potentes, Trinidad te lleva a un viaje a
través de la ensoñación psicodélica. Conectando sonidos pesados y
cósmicos, ¡esta canción debería escucharse con auriculares!
Roll'n'Rock
Una canción de rock and roll salvaje para mover los pies en lugar de
tener una discusión.
Aunque no lo quieras, hay que hacerlo. Libera tu Cabeza. Un cencerro que
te engancha, un riff pegadizo que te atrapa y una voz que te dice lo que

These youngin’s outta Quedlinburg, Sachsen Anhalt, Dland, play their
spin on psychedelia with riffs tighter than their cheekbones, rhythms
tauter than their unbeer blotched abs, and deliver basslines deeper
than Nietzsche.

Twangy guitars and a rhythm section going straight forward takes the
listener to psychedelic soundscapes while being kept alive by an ongoing
beat, following you through the 30 minutes of Vicious Mind.
Pablo Manresa’s key playing builds a constant carpet of warm Hammond
organ or Ragtime Piano. Most
significant is the string arrangement in ‘Downpour’, which creates a new

The Songs Vicious Mind
Vicious Mind is the punching intro to a modern psychedelic experience,
dragging you deep down. Haunting Vocals tell you a story of a vicious
spell
coming for all of us. Though it might be wicked, it’s the most precious
you will find.
‘Till you’re gone
The story of a torn heart. With its bluesy motive, the band is showing
their way to create a modern feel with old tradition.
Little Treat
A song for everybody who’s struggling with their inner demons and
letting them out to play. This is the band’s version of the iconic
Frumpy sound.
Downpour
The tune for Miami morning storms, or rather a more philosophical topic.
This song picks you up in calm, teleports you through thunder and lets
you down easy at last. The perfect song to open side B.
Trinity
With an upfront rhythm and powerful riffs, Trinity takes you on a
journey through psychedelic daydream. Connecting heavy and cosmic
sounds, this song ought to be listened to on headphones!
Roll’n’Rock
A wild rocknroll song to move your feet to rather than having a
discussion.
Although you don’t want it, it needs to be done.
Free your Head A cowbell that hooks you up, a catchy riff locking you in
and a voice that tells
you what needs to be done. Go on a journey to your own border, elevate
and look behind.
