IVY QUEEN se une al
programa de mentorías de la fundación cultural LATIN GRAMMY® , en
aliazna con SHE IS THE MUSIC
La reina indiscutible del reggaeton, Ivy Queen, se une a la Fundación
Cultural Latin GRAMMY® en su programa Leading Ladies of Entertainment
Connect TogetHER, en alianza con She Is The Music, para ofrecer sesiones
de mentoría a mujeres jóvenes que aspiran a desarrollar una carrera en
la industria musical.
“Cuando una mujer guía a otra, no solo comparte conocimiento, sino que
siembra semillas de fuerza, confianza y crecimiento”, dijo Ivy Queen
sobre el programa. “La mentoría entre mujeres es un acto de
empoderamiento mutuo que transforma vidas”.
La pionera del reguetón será mentora de Precious Pérez, conocida como
“la reggaetonera ciega”, una artista nacida en Boston, Massachusetts,
pero de raíces puertorriqueñas. Pérez inicia su camino en la música
luego de obtener una doble licenciatura del prestigioso Berklee College
of Music en Educación Musical e Interpretación Vocal.
A través del programa, la ícono global de la música urbana ofrecerá
mentorías individuales a Pérez, parte de la nueva generación de mujeres
que buscan dejar huella en el reggaeton.
“Con una historia de valentía y de determinación increíble. La música va
más allá de lo visible cuando nace en el corazón, y su garganta es el
instrumento. Estoy ansiosa de compartir mi sabiduría y conocimiento
contigo”, agregó la cantante.
La cuarta edición del programa colaborativo también cuenta con la
participación de cantantes como Vivir Quintana y Julieta Venegas; la
productora, pianista, arreglista y directora musical Janina Rosado; las
ejecutivas Rocío Guerrero, Rosa Lagarrigue, Luana Pagani, Diana
Rodríguez, Ana Rosa Santiago; y la periodista María Elena Salinas.
La influencia de Ivy Queen en la música continúa vigente. En febrero, la
cantante lanzó “Coincidimos”, junto al intérprete colombiano Nanpa
Básico. Desde su estreno, el video oficial de la canción ha superado los
5.5M de vistas en YouTube.
Actualmente, Ivy está trabajando en su esperado décimo álbum de estudio,
prometiendo un año lleno de sorpresas.
Con una carrera impecable que abarca más de dos décadas, Ivy ha sido
reconocida con premios Billboard, Latin GRAMMY® y múltiples galardones

The undisputed Queen of Reggaeton, Ivy Queen, joins the Latin GRAMMY
Cultural Foundation® in its Leading Ladies of Entertainment Connect
TogetHER program, in partnership with She Is The Music, to offer
mentorship sessions to young women aspiring to build careers in the
music industry.
“When a woman guides another, she doesn't just share knowledge, but
plants seed of strength, confidence, and growth,” said Ivy Queen about
the program. “Mentorship between women is an act of mutual empowerment
that transforms lives.”
The reggaeton pioneer will mentor Precious Pérez, known as “the blind
reggaeton singer. " An artist born in Boston, Massachusetts, with Puerto
Rican roots, Pérez began her musical journey after earning a double
degree from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Music Education
and Vocal Performance.
Through the program, the global urban music icon will provide one-on-one
mentorship to Pérez, who is part of a new generation of women looking to
make their mark in reggaeton.
“With an incredible story of courage and determination. Music goes
beyond what's visible when born in the heart; her voice is the
instrument. Can’t wait to serve my wisdom and knowledge with you,” the
singer added.
The fourth edition of this collaborative program also features singers
Vivir Quintana and Julieta Venegas; producer, pianist, arranger, and
musical director Janina Rosado; music executives Rocío Guerrero, Rosa
Lagarrigue, Luana Pagani, Diana Rodríguez, and Ana Rosa Santiago; and
journalist María Elena Salinas.
Ivy Queen's influence in music remains strong. In February, the singer
released “Coincidimos,” featuring Colombian performer Nanpa Básico.
Since its release, the official video has surpassed 5.5 million views on

Currently, Ivy is working on her highly anticipated tenth studio album,
